At JGP, we have the perfect opportunity for you. We’re seeking an enthusiastic professional to join us as our new Advertising Agency Account Manager. This is a key position directly supporting our revenue growth, cementing us as the leading supplier of digital recruitment solutions for the public sector.
The revenue we currently get via Advertising agencies makes up 50% of our job board revenue. Your primary responsibility will be to increase existing business and generate new leads from advertising agencies, where you will be accountable for selling a mixture of our advertising and software solutions.
In-depth training and regular support will mean you will quickly become a Jobsgopublic product expert, giving you the right platform to succeed and grow.
This role will be based in the office and the field. You will be supported by office based staff, with the room for further team expansion in line with our ambitions.
Who We’re Looking For…
We need someone who can build and own agency relationships at all levels, creating revenue opportunities for JGP. You’ll identify, qualify, pitch and close opportunities for JGP products & services with agencies. Outstanding communication and customer service skills are therefore essential.
Generating new business and driving repeat business through excellent client relationships will be key to your role – as will delivering our annual agency sales strategy by meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly revenue targets. You’ll understand JGP’s competitive advantages and a client’s business requirements to create and deliver new business pitches. This will be done over the phone and face to face.
You’ll work with internal stakeholders to follow up on new business leads and ensure the successful delivery of client campaigns. You’ll also manage and plan an annual entertainment budget for your clients.
Whilst it would be great if you have experience working in recruitment, with Salesforce and liaising with agencies, what’s more important is your passion for the role and what we do.
